Before I get into some of the updates on the channel, I want to just share a few brief notes from my time here in California. I have absolutely loved getting to meet some of the people out here and get a taste of the West-Coast style of livin’.
My wife Amanda and I spent 3 days out at the Ontario Convention Center for the West Coast card show, and I will have some amazing content coming out from that trip on YouTube in the next few weeks.

I loved getting to meet so many new card collectors, as well as network with a lot of west-coast based dealers as well as hobby executive and industry leaders. I will be writing a more deep-dive post into lessons from this card show, as well as some insights I learned from many of the folks I spoke to next week.

Following the card show, Amanda and I traveled south and have spent the week out in San Diego, for mostly relaxation and to explore more of California, as this was our first time out here. I have loved the food, the people, and the energy of San Diego. The people here are kind, and I am looking forward towards returning again in the near future.
I also got to check off a huge box in my bucket list - as many of you may know I am an avid golfer, and I had the incredibly fortunate experience to get to play Torrey Pines South Course on Thursday, which has hosted multiple U.S. Opens including one of the most iconic Tiger Wood’s major victories of all time in 2008.
Getting to play this course was such a cool experience, and a true highlight of my trip. For any of you who are golf fans out there- I am sure you can feel appreciate the excitement I had walking the same course as many of the greats of the game.

1957 Topps + 1956 Mickey Mantle PSA 8 Set Break THIS SUNDAY at 8:00 PM EST!
I am STOKED for this Sunday’s show, we have a FULL line-up in place!
At 7:30PM est, I will be hosting a live show covering the final night of bidding for the February REA auction, and there’s some amazing cards up for grabs!
Following the REA coverage, at 8:00PM est I will be running our 1957 Topps Complete Set PLUS 1956 Mickey Mantle PSA 8 Set Break! Thank you to everyone who bought spots in the break and best of luck to all!

SHIPPING UPDATES!
Anyone who purchased cards on the LIVE show this past Sunday when I was in Anaheim, will have their cards shipped this coming Monday, February 24th. Those cards will also be shipped with any additional cards you buy on the show Sunday, as well as any 1957 Topps cards from the break that will go off Sunday.
I appreciate all of your patience on shipping, as a reminder again it is just me myself and I shipping sometimes 50-100 packages in a day, on top of all the social media, writing, buying / selling and customer service. I will have the shipping back to next day once all cards are shipped out from the California trip!
Next Bonkers Cards Exclusive Blog Post: The Big Business of the Hobby
I plan on writing the next exclusive Bonkers Cards Club post on the flight back to New Jersey from California tomorrow, which will be about some of the insights I picked up talking to several hobby insiders and business executives at the West Coast Card Show.
The hobby is in a really interesting turning point, and I will be taking a deep dive into the big business and investment that the hobby as a whole is starting to recieve. You won’t want to miss it.
